Snorkeling in Epidavros

The best spot for snorkeling in Epidavros is undoubtedly the Sunken City. This incredible underwater area boasts the remains of a Roman Villa dating back to 500 BC. Lying in approximately 1.5 meters of water, the ruins consist of walls, floors and huge amphora pots which were once used to store wine, oil and grain. The site is easily accessible from the beach and makes for a perfect snorkeling adventure, either on your own or on a guided tour with us.

If you prefer to explore the area on one of our guided tours, we can take you by boat and combine a trip to the Sunken City with snorkeling in another location along the rocky coastline. We can teach beginners to snorkel and assist those who may not be so confident alone in the water. All equipment can be provided.
